Tried to Update to 3.60, i did Update helix edit to 3.60 before Updating. Update failed during proces. Now all i get is “boot failer, entered update mode”.
i have tried to Connect with HX edit, with helix updater program, six different USB cables, removed HX edit, tried online and offline, tried update mode on helix (and all other modes), i CANT CONNECT WITH MY HELIX IN ANAYWAY!
please note that connection worked just fine before the update fail, and it always have been working fine.
do i need to send it to a service center to g’et the problem solved?
