  1. I have the pop problem also... If I discover any solutions I'll post it.
  2. I have the same issue... anybody have any ideas?
  3. This hum issue is a tough one! I want to clarify the the HumX does not work on the Helix Effects with its two prong power supply, or any power supply that only has two prongs (they lack the third plug which is the ground line). Humx website does address this in their video on the amazon website. Working through this issue I also found that plugging my computer into different outlets (not the Helix outlet) made a big difference. There is also a USB isolator adapter that can be a possible solution but they are expensive ($60). They are designed for this kind of problem with audio signals. My question is this, if I don't want to run a 30 foot extension cable (sadly my only choice for the outlet that works) every time I run Helix Edit, will the Humx isolate the audio noise that comes from attaching my computer via USB cable to my system? My surface pro has a two prong power supply, and so does the Helix Effects unit, so I'm left Isolating the amp... Anybody solved this USB induced noise by using the Humx on the amp?
