    Problem solved. I simply installed HX Edit it contain drivers which I use for unknown device in task manager, and Helix show up. THX very much friend.

    My updater can't see the HELIX device. I have Win 10 PC. When I insert usb cable,windows gives a sound and when I check task menager I see the device with yellow sign with ! so is a problem. I suppose it is why my line 6 updater (1.18) can't see HELIX. Maybe somebody can help me? THX.
