I'm new to the Helix, and I have the full floorboard model. When saving the presets I've worked on, I save them into a folder in which I call "Fundamentals". Sometimes I like to look at the factory presets to see what they do and how they path certain things together; however, when I go back to my "Fundamentals" folder, it's filled with the factory presets and not the presets that I worked on and saved.
Apparently, they are backed up in the Templates folder even though I saved all my made presets to the "Fundamentals" folder, but I never know if I'm going to get them back every time. Is there a fix for this or is it something faulty with the saving function?
