yes, but as I understand mac mini has a USB 3.1 port. I need to mention, that on Mac OS Big Sur all was fine. I’m also using custom Celestion IR’s from the Line6 marketplace. What do you think, could they cause that problem?

I'm regularly facing connection interrupt issues with HX Edit on Mac mini 2020, Mac OS Monterey. Error message: Failed to load preset. Timeout waiting for a response from device. I tried to change the stock USB cable, flash memory and re-install 3.11 firmware on my Stomp XL, disable my USB hub, reinstall HX Edit, but nothing helps. I also installed Line 6 Helix Driver2. This error happens when I'm trying to change block position in the preset or to change preset via HX Edit. I hope that the problem is with the software.
