The first step for updating is downloading and installing HX Edit 3.0

I'm having no luck with the HX Stomp. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Line 6 Updater and HX Edit a couple times now and neither seems to let me update the Stomp to 3.00 It says it's HX Edit 3.00 but tells me my 2.92 is up to date. Updater doesn't show 3.0 only 2.92.0
