Have you heard back from support yet? I have the exact same problem with a unit I received today, but I am in the U.S. “Helix Stadium Bulk Transfer” in “Other Devices” on 3 different PCs. I’m sure the USB-C cables I’ve tried are good. On 2 different Dell XPS laptops, they won’t even recognize the USB-C connection to the Stadium XL after installing the Stadium app. It feels like some Stadium XL have USB-C hardware issues. I was able to update the firmware using a USB-A to ethernet adapter, but that did not fix the USB-C connection problem. This is very disappointing, to say the least.
