Hi all, so I would oove some help with a routing issue. 1) I use stomp for my guitar fx 2) I use HX FX for sax fx These both have separate inputs and outputs. Guitar goes to amp, sax to speaker....however....I would like to run both through the same delay and eq pedal. What I tried, was: Create a stereo FX block in stomp. Using Send output of stomp, into pedals, then into return of HX FX. FX block in HX FX, then use send out of HX FX into stomp return. Does not work. I can isolate the send/return using just stomp and it works fine, but does not play with HXFX. Am I cabling this wrong or using the wrong blocks? Cheers

Sorry I may have confused....what I am asking is, do I have to assign every parameter to snapshot one by one, or si there a way to select all of them at once. See image for ref erence

Hi, when making snapshots and changing amp parameters, for a standard amp, there might be 10-15 different things you can change (gain, bass etc). Is there a way to enable all parameters to snapshot mode rather than having to assign each one individually? I.e click gain, choose drop down to select 'snapshots', go back to top, choose treble, drop down to select snapshots etc. Can this be done?

Hi all, I have looked around and read the manual but can't find an answer. How do you use tap tempo with a delay? I can turn the delay on and hit the tap tempo and the light changes bit not the time of the delay repeats. Do I have to assign something? Cheers

Hi all, I have played with the trem models but still can't seem to find a setting that sounds as full and natural as an amp tremolo. Anyone got a good model/settings they could share? Cheers

Warning to treat your USB port like it's made of glass. So I had my Hx effects for 2 weeks before the plastic bit in the middle of the USB came out (unbeknown to me). I went to plug the cable in and bent the pins = warranty claim and more time without the unit (and had to foot bill for freight both ways to repairer). I had probably only plugged and unplugged half a dozen times, and without any particular strain on the cable I can remember. Interesting thing was the shop said they had recently had a few Helix and HX for the same issue. The repairer said he changes these from time to time as they are very cheap components. Happily the the replacement part is of a higher quality. Seems to be a weird place to cut costs....the unit is next to useless without the ability to update via USB cable.
