Go it figured out ,go in to the sound /mixer in windows & disable the hx stomp ...this is my reminder when a new update comes out ..lol

With no interface even plugged in & my hx stomp plugged in & turned on , connected to my pc via USB, i loose the sound from my computer . everytime i update i have to deal with this .

Never fails .Same problem again after updating to 3.10

Basically I need to turn the built in interface off ,my studio monitors are connected to my presonus interface as well as my pc . & i only have the hx stomp hooked to the pc to us hx edit .after the update as soon as i turn the stomp the audio on my pc is muted . & I did install update with no other audio device connected to the pc as suggested .

Running windows 7 , & I don't want to use the stomp as the interface . so as soon as I turn on the stomp my audio from the pc through the stomp .

Since updating to 3.0 ,(I have my hx stomp hooked up my pc via usb to use hx edit ,but it is going in to a presonus audiobox 22vsl interface . & now as soon as my hx stomp is turned on I loose the any audio on my pc , like a youtube video . i did had this same problem when i first bought the hx stomp & corrected it buy taking the interface out of the equation when installing the software . now having to do this again will not correct the problem . I've tried uninstalling & installing again but with no fix .

Phil_m , Thank for you trying to help . I tried that & that basically shut all sound off . I did solve the problem I reinstalled the Stomp software & made sure all audio devices were off when doing so . that has fix the problem .

So your saying to do this in X-edit ? I don't see how to do it .

I have my HX stomp going into to my presonus interface into my PC . I have the stomp plugged into my PC via usb to use X edit . I didn't want to use the stomp as the interface but when ever it's on all the sounds like youtube is coming through the stomp through the live track in reaper . any one know how to fix this problem ?
