Thanks GUYS :) ive had the footswitch channel hum on my marshall for ages, but i thought i needed the Sleeve wire as its a 3 channel amp, but turns out u just need the 2 wires and the HxEffects does the short inside the unit so it doesnt need the Marhsall Sleeve also known as the common wire to short the other 2, and buy leaveing it in thats were the ground loop comes from. so just cut or remove the ground wire from ur TRS and u should be good, thanks to the people above that said this i just couldnt see how it was going to work till it worked then i worked out why it worked hahahha so thanks :)
