Hello,
I have a Spider V 120 MKII amplifier and a FBV 3 foot controller.
During the installation of the latest FBV 3 software, the central electricity cut out and this caused the installation to stop.
After that FBV 3 stop working and there was no power from the amplifier!
I checked with another cable to connect the amplifier to the foot controller, but still no power to it.
With no power to FBV 3 I cannot restart the process and currently FBV 3 is dead.
I kindly ask for your assistance.
The repair shop has not encountered such a problem and the issue stands unresolved.
