I just purchased the HD500x. I spent a bit of time downloading drivers and getting everything up to speed to be able to use the edit screen on my laptop... and it works. Everything is up to date and i meet all requirements. I recieved an email saying that i got the HD Fully Loaded Bundle for free. I went through all the steps:
1. License manager
2. The pack showed up as a list after i authorized computer and HD500x
3. Unplugged HD500x for 5 seconds
4. Restarted everything
No matter what i do, i cannot get any of the new amps to appear on my screen or my unit.
Any ideas or thoughts on what Im not doing is greatly appreciated. There are other packs i would like to buy, but im not doing lollipop until i see this work.
