  1. Since updating to 2.0, my POD Go only displays presets C and D. Nothing I've tried gets me back to seeing all four (A, B, C, and D) at one time. If I tap any of the six buttons on the left side of the panel (up/down or any A-D), or rotate the View/Action button, I see all four presets for about one second, then it reverts to only two. I did a factory reset and reinstalled the firmware and update. Also, in the space where presets A and B should be, are the elements (I know that's the wrong term, but I don't know what it is called in Line 6 parlance) of the particular feature the red arrow is selecting (by rotating the View/Save dial). For example, if I've selected the Amplifier, then Drive, Bass, Mid, Treble, and Presence are seen (again, where A and B should be). The Drive number rapidly flashes back and forth by units of 0.1, e.g., 4.5 to 4.6, then to 4.5, 4.6, 4.5, 4.6, etc. Regardless of what the red arrow is pointing at (Distortion, Reverb, Delay, etc.) the first setting (farthest to the left) does this 0.1 unit flashing. And when I double click on a preset, it takes a little longer than typical, but loads the preset, and I get a pop-up saying "Failed to load preset. Timeout waiting for a response from device (code -8212)." These don't sound like software issues, but I'm hoping somebody can prove me wrong! Thanks.
  2. Lots of new toys, which will be fun to explore, but I was really hoping "Prize Drive" would be included, as it is with the Helix update. Prize Drive is the Nobels ODR-1, Nashville's #1 OD for the Telecaster. Next time? Maybe? Please?
  3. Thanks for the info. I read Section 5, "Up/Down Switches," and it didn't make sense at the time. I finally accidentally detected that a quick press and release of both switches produced a totally different result than a press...hold a second or two...and release. So now I know that if it says "SNAP," I press both the up/down switches and hold them until it cycles to BANK. Thumbs up from this brand new user of the Pod Go.
  4. How do I clear "SNAP" from the screen? I have 01A-01D presets showing, but cannot toggle up to 02, 03, 04, etc. cause "SNAP" up and down is in the space where I'd typically advance to the next block. Nowhere can I get a hit on a search for just the word SNAP...I'm going nuts! I can go up to 2, 3, 4, etc., with the Action dial, but lost it in my up/down foot switches on the left side of the unit.
