I purchased a refurbished g10 directly from line 6. I received it yesterday. Tried to hook it up today. Two issues first the USB plug disconnects if the cable is hanging down, I have to make sure the cable comes directly straight out or upwards in order for the power to work. Secondly the transmitter fully charged with the green white while plugged in to the receiver. I tried to plug it in to an electric guitar and an acoustic electric, and the transmitter doesn't turn green. It's red and if I strum the strings it briefly changes to orange and then goes out again. I've tried to use the elbow connector on both and the same result. Am I doing something wrong or did I receive a defective refurbished unit??
