I just got the Helix as the floor model from a business closing (perhaps bad idea now it seems). It's not being recognised by either the updater or HX edit. I've installed the relevant drivers and tried multiple USB cords, inputs and computers but still nothing. It's currently running firmware 2.210 Any idea?
