Firmare downloaded to stadium app, transferred to unit, then seemed to install just fine (on the unit screen went to 100), unit rebooted but stuck on that screen with the stylized X. I waited over 5 minutes. Rebooted. Tried re-installing the new firmware. Tried rebooting holding the 6&12 buttons getting to the maintenance screen, resetting screen and again trying to re-install. (In other words, suggestions I found online) I did read I could try the line 6 updater but I wasn't sure it that applied to the Stadium? Any ideas? this sucks thank you to anyone who can help

Update: it's a known issue. Phone support walked me through updating using USB-C to USB-C connected cable to my Mac, as described in another post (just in case any one else runs into this). Once updated and rebooted it showed QR code and 6 digits but didn't need it, just signed in with my username and password. Downloaded the stadium app and all working.

Just unboxed this morning, going through set up. Was able to connect to my wifi on first screen and hit next. Where I believe there should be a QR code it's just blank white and just dashes where I think there should be the 6-digit code. Would not let me sign on to my account using the login and username. Any ideas? Also, I am a long, long time user of Helix LT and have the Helix app. Dumb question: where do I download the app for Helix Stadium XL to use on my computer (MAC)? When I go to downloads I find the new firmware 1.2 but not the app? Thanks

Ha! I didn't even know there was a setting for that. Yeh that fixed it. Must of somehow knocked it my foot or something when the tuner was on. Thank you.

All of a sudden, when I activate the tuner it fails to mute the signal to amp (though tuner comes on) Note: I'm using the LT as an effects processor and amp controller 4CM with Soldano 30 (I guess 5CM with amp switching). I've been using this rig with very minimal changes other than updating firmware. Haven't changed a thing in months so this just appeared. I believe it's sending the signal to the effects loop return bypassing effects on the unit. Appreciate any ideas. Thank you!

Hi - new Helix user just got it a couple weeks ago. I was doing OK but downloading Michael Britt's pre-sets were a game changer and maybe the best $30 bucks I've ever spent on guitar stuff. Problem I'm having is when I try to edit them. Seems options disappear or are greyed out. For example, was thinking of adding a second amp on a "Marshall" pre-set so I could have a super clean scene. But when I went to select an amp all were grayed out and not available except for 2. In my own patches, all available as well as Y connectors which were gone from this patch. I also can't seem to cut and paste from one Michael Britt preset to another if, for example, I like the delay or reverb in one. Would appreciate any insights and suggestions. (Note: I tried to post this issue a couple days ago but never saw it. come up so apologies if repeat) Thank you, Mike
