3.0 HX STOMP favorite not working with "action" button

Hi, Just updated my HX STOMP to 3.0. The release notes say "Press ACTION and then press Add to Favorites. The Favorites list appears." But when I choose a block and press "action", I only get the option to move a block (same as before). I did manage to favorite using the HX edit, but it should be possible using the STOMP itself.
