I need some help. I have properly connected my HD500X to my PC via the proper USB cable. I have also downloaded the latest HD500X drivers and confirmed that they open on the PC, and function correctly.
My issue is with the pod talking to Cakewalk by BandLab, which I recently installed.
When I open Cakewalk, I see confirmation that the Pod HD is recognized by the app, but I am totally unable to see any indication that an instrument is active - no audio, nor recording ability.
I've been monkeying for a couple of days now with this issue, trying different settings, parameters, etc., but to no avail. I had assumed that Cakewalk was essentially plug-n-play once a digital interface was connected and recognized. I'm likely missing some simple setting somewhere, but I sure can't find it.
Any suggestions?
