Hi all, recently I purchased one Pocked POD from amazon and found that the first knob (the drive one) was harder to rotate than others. I could see that the knob is set deeper than others (see the picture). I returned the pod and purchase another one. The new unit also has the same problem. Do you know if this is an issue or it happens in all units?
