Hi Guys,
Before contacting support I thought I would try the community here first.
I have two G90 Relay units and love them more than any wired connection.
I actually use one of them soley in my recording studio. They help me achieve the guitar tones I want.
Anyway, recently I discovered that on one of the G90 racks I am unable to change channel. The rotary knob seems to have stopped working. In fact it doesnt work for any of the UI.
Given the Rack is in excellent condition and been used since new exclusively in my studio, im wondering if it is a software issue and if someone knows a key sequence to force a re-set.
Other than the rotary knob not working, and the unit stuck on Channel 1, it is very reliable and has never dropped connection..ever.
My second G90 (I only use one at a time) has now recently developed a habit of dropping out for a second and then resetting.
During the drop out (or as part of it restarting perhaps) I see a momentary full array of red leds.
When not dropped out the other Leds are a full array of Green. So its either working perfecting with full signal, or completely dropped for a second.
I have tried relocating the G90 rack, tried different channels, different power outlet, swapped the TBP12 transmitter, different guitars, new batteries everything I can think of but that G90 just keeps doing an intermittent dropout and reset. I never otherwise see any RF interference from either of the G90 racks.
Help :)
PS Is there a support centre or tech in The Brisbane region that I could try?
Many thanks in advance!
Gerard.
