Updated my helix to the new 3.0 software. It has been stuck on "Rebuilding preset 413" for over 12 hours now. I've tried to reboot it twice but nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

I bought a brand new line 6 helix this summer. It was updated to the newest software (2.92) when I got it. But for some reason, I have non of the stereo reverbs such as the "Glitz" and "Searchlights". Anyone have any idea how to require them? Is there something I have to download to get them? Thanks!
