  1. I click the button, it does nothing. Opened Garage Band tonight and yellow picks everywhere. Updated Native to 3.71, didn't fix it. Rebooted, didn't fix it. Can't restore settings because the button doesn't do anything. I'm stuck.
  2. Sorry for the lack of detail. Here's my Native signal chain. Guitar -> 1/4" -> USB interface (Scarlett) -> USB cable -> Native in Garage Band on Mac M1 -> USB cable -> USB Interface -> 1/4" -> Powercab Plus 112
  3. Using Native on a Mac M1. When creating presets from scratch, if I add a dual delay it automatically is summing when sending to my Powercab. However, if I download a preset, one half is always missing. How do I get these to sum?
  4. Well, my BBB complaint caused Musician's Friend to investigate and found the chat transcript where the sales rep told me it had the full manufacturers warranty. So they are taking it back for a full refund and I'm repurchased a new one. So the sad story has a happy ending. I am going to purchase the extended warranty after what the service guy told me. I'm not sure the specifics of the issue with the cabinet, but it had something to do with the way the components were mounted to the cabinet. The part that damaged was integral to the cabinet, which required a complete cabinet replacement. Glad I don't have to deal with it now.
  5. Here's my sad story. Bought a Powercab Plus 112 from Musician's Friend last year. It was an open box but MF said it had the full manufacturers warranty. I registered it at Line6.com and it showed an active warranty. Now the PC has developed the common low end buzz that seems common with these Powercabs. I brought it to an authorized service center and they can't fix it because it's a cabinet issue. They said the PC cabinet design is very flawed and they see a ton of Powercabs come through their shop. If it's under warranty, they send them to Line6 for a replacement since they can't get new cabinets from them. So off I go, but Line6 says my PC doesn't have a warranty. While I fight it out with MF, I'm left with a PC with a buzz that no one can fix. So I'm thinking I try to make the best of it and wonder if there is another empty cabinet out there I might be able to get to work. Any suggestions?
  6. I suppose that could work but there are hundreds of those. Was hoping for something more time friendly.
  7. Recently got a new Mac mini. Was able to get Helix Native running fine in GarageBand with Rosetta. Found I had the problem where 100% of presets were "premium" and give the error "Failed to load preset. Cound not decrypt the asset." when trying to use. Read the help posting here on how to reset the stock setlist. So now all the stock presets are available and loading again. I can import all my custom presets without too much effort. But all the "New Presets" are still showing the gold pick and unable to use. How do I get those reset?
  8. I'm digging up an old one. I have a similar problem, but not as bad. I know LR Baggs is known for being low output, but man, it's hard to find a working tone with that pickup.
  9. Just installed Native tonight. Using in Garageband. The noise on high gain amps is unbearable. Matchstick Jump isn't usable. I see the noise on the mains, not input, so I don't think it's anything before the computer. Computer is an iMac with an i7 and 32GB of memory. Plenty of horsepower and most cores not even working much.
  10. Line6 had me reload the firmware. Worked perfectly for a little over a week. Then in the middle of practice today, without me touching it, volume jumped around 2x. Super screechy too. 11. Yes, I'm having all sorts of volume issues lately. I'm having more issues with the volume pedal acting erratically, but your sudden drop sounds like exactly what happened to me yesterday when live.
  12. I've having all sorts of odd volume issues lately. At first, it was just some presets were stuck at a volume not aligned with the volume pedal. For instance, being at 0% volume when the pedal was at 100%. Cycling the pedal fixes this, but it's not consistent and can cause confusion/mistakes when live. Twice I played the first song in a set without any volume. Then, for the last week or two, it seems I can't get the volume to 100% sometimes. It will be all the way down, but I'm only getting around 50% volume. When this happens, sound is quiet and dull. Cycling the pedal doesn't always fix it. Sometimes I'll be playing for a while, using the volume pedal, and getting 50%, and then a cycle will suddenly get me to 100%. Nothing else changed. Now, I'm getting random volume changes in the middle of use without touching anything. This happened in a live show yesterday. Luckily the sound guy caught it and pulled sound down on the house, but that meant my monitor volume also was cut and I couldn't hear anything.
  13. Just got my Pod Go a couple days ago. Today it froze while trying to change presets and had a "Failure to load" error in Pod Go Edit. Tried changing anything on the unit and it was frozen as well. Still could play through it, so wasn't totally dead, just the interface. Only way to fix it was turn off and back on again.
