Bubblehead1977

Currently on a Windows 10 PC using Firefox as my browser. When I select download 3.80, I get the following link: https://l6c-acdn2.line6.net/media/software/12903/Helix_Floor_v3.80.0_0x7d01f5efb.hxf ...which results in a yellow screen with two red linies at the top. Nothing else. I tried Edge as my browser; with Edge a file downloads, but it is only a .hxf file, not the actually firmware. Please help. Thank you. John
