I’m having the exact same problem. I’m connected to my V120 with my iPad and logged into my account. Everything works as you stated and I get the same “no tones found” message no matter how generic of a search term I use. I entered the word “rock” and still had no results. The two similarities we have are the V120 and iPad. However, you stated that you connected with other devices with the same results essentially eliminating an iPad issue. So really it seems there’s only one commonality being the V120. I will continue to check settings etc.. and hope that we or another can identify and correct the issue.
