  1. Thanks for the response! Turned out to be a false alarm. Completely unrelated to the Helix, my Sennheiser HDR 185 headphones had some annoying auto leveling feature turned on that caused this!
  2. Bear with me for a beginner question as I just got my Helix LT today. I have it connected through USB to my laptop. Laptop is sending a track on USB 1/2. Headphone output is set to multi so I get a mix of the laptop track and my guitar signal in the head phones. Problem is, as soon as there is audio coming in from the laptop, my guitar signal drops is volume. Almost like the helix is trying to mix them and align the volumes. But the guitar signal drops too much. Is there any way to prevent this?
