I bricked my G10 doing the update. Wouldn't charge and wouldn't link. I opened a support ticket and they sent me an RA label right away. Within a week I had a new unit that works perfectly. They were very responsive and took care of it quickly. I'm 100% satisfied with them. I was on my second transmitter which I broke, my fault.(These things are a bit delicate).I just bought another one since they're so cheap. Now I have a brand new spare. (With an inexpensive piece like this, I always want to have a spare.) So I'm happy to report that the new unit I bought works fine, and the replacement unit works fine too.
