I think i have tried nearly everything :( other usb cables, a fresh macbook only install line6 Updater tool. I tried older versions of the tool. The only think i can't try, is to do this with a windows systems. My windows PCs are looked for company installing only :( I believe this would be a case for the support. But many many thanks for your help!!!

Hey Guys, i had a big problem because my macbook go into sleeping mode during the update from 3.15 to 3.5. The device starts only with the splash screen Firmware 3.5. It doesn't start trough Mainsoftware. Its not possible to connect the device to HX Edit and also no connection with the line 6 updater is possible. The factory reset with button 2&3 also doesn't work? Do you have another tip for me to restart the update process? Best regards Patrick
