Hey!
Faced such a problem.
My Spider V 20 MKII worked fine,
but today when I selected a preset in the Spider V Remote,
the program with my AMP froze, the AMP did not make any sounds.
I decided to restart it, and after the restart,
the lights on the FX buttons turned on and then faded out,
it refuses to work and Line 6 Updater does not see it,
what should I do? Once I connected it to the Updater,
but at the end of the update, it just gave an error. (Spider V Remote doesn't see it too)
