sorry for the delay I have been working. I was using a mac and don't remember the OS. I got it updated I think with windows 10. I have not had a chance to check it. The MKII edit software does NOT see the FB but the FB editor does see it and so did Monkey. I did notice the MKII Editor only goes to Windows 8 also didn't have my amp hooked up only the floorboard.

ok I must be stupid or blind. I went to the download page and didn't see anything stating it worked with the HD100MkII or the FBV MKII. I tried the Line6 Helix and the Line 6 updater I am trying to make sure my amp and floorboard are up to date and start editing the amp. is there something I am missing? The board powers up via usb into the Mac book Air 11 but still no luck I also googled trying to download "Monkey' with no luck multiple USB cords etc.

I bought an MKII HD100 and already had a shortboard. I am still trying to learn the amp and line 6 line so I failed to realize the MKII had a looper and who knows what else I missed VS an MKI. Should I be hunting for a FBV Shortboard MKII? is there software I can download to make my own presets etc? any advice or suggestions to get the most out of this amp will be appreciated.

Hello, I just picked up a HD100 MK1 and a shortboard. I would like it to be looked at by a service technician since the person has mixed brand tubes in there. Although it is working I would prefer not to risk damage anything. The website is not working for me trying to search for a repair location in North Texas. Also if anyone has any recommendations or advice on this head let me know. I am new to modeling amps. Is there software I should download? Etc Thanks in advance
