  1. I'll try to make this as clear and concise as possible, forgive me if it's a little confusing. I'm setting up a living room stereo rig. Got a bass amp as my second, however amp has some sort of internal issue in it's fx loop where the volume is very low using it(separate non podgo issue, just trying to make this work with what I have). So using it along with the main amp, through the main outs of the podgo, the main amp out-volumes it 10 to 1. Running through the return fx loop of the main amp and straight into the front of the bass amp(using l/r main outs) produces much better results, however colors the tone a bit too much, the bass preamp is pretty spicy. So...I notice if I hook up the bass amp's return input using the podgo's amp out, the volume issue is not longer very low, but rather full blast. So now I have the bass amp's volume unusable due to being so loud. So, to tie things together, I have one amp that sounds great and I have full control over, and one amp that is too quiet, too loud, or manageable but highly colored. So what are my options? I've messed around with the global settings to no real avail, I have tried sending the fx out with the loop engaged at the end of the chain to the bass amp, and that works after mixing it to 50% and turning one of the controls quite a bit, but that seems kinda silly to redo for all my patches and the level still needs to be adjusted as my other volume increases/decreases... It seems silly to not have controls of output levels per output. Would a simple small mixer in between the amp out to bass amp be a easy means to control the total volume sent to that amp? Am I missing something or just overthinking it? Many thanks in advance for any advice.
