I’m Rhys - a professional musician based in Essex, United Kingdom. I’m primarily a bassist though I also play the electric and acoustic guitar (and synth!). I hold multiple music qualifications and have a good amount of experience within the music industry. Experience coming in the form of; gigging, writing, recording, live sound and other areas. I've been in a variety of different bands including both function/cover bands and originals bands - as well as working alongside solo artists. Most importantly, I have a Christian faith and have always enjoyed playing in worship teams. I'm currently an active member of the worship team at the church I attend - 'tis what I love to do most when it comes to music!

 

The services I provide:

 

Session/Studio Musician - As a session/studio musician I can guarantee a high standard of playing/recording for anyone that may ask me to provide a service, regardless of which genre of music is being played. I'm a quick learner with the ability to learn songs both by ear and by sheet.

 

Online Bassist - I provide an 'online bassist' service in which I can record bass tracks for you from the comfort of my own home studio via the use of my preferred DAW and audio interface.

 

Instrumental Tuition - I provide online instrumental tuition via Skype to musicians of all ages looking to begin their journey or improve their skills on either the bass guitar, electric guitar or acoustic guitar.
