Has anyone had to replace their XLR's on their Helix Floor? Mine are not working at all. I've tried several quality cables Mogami/Monster. The Rep from Line 6 indicated it could be switch in the R/H XLR around the 7 O'clock position .Anyone have experience with this? At one point I had some sound out of the R/H side but it was Very Scratchy and then faint. All my output settings are correct, I have verified. Thanks for your help Marcos

Good day All, I recently purchased a used Helix Floor I can get signal from a 1/4 cable to my Powered speaker and/or PA mixer however, if I use my XLR’s, I’m getting nothing at all...Help please! Just as an FYI....I have set both the 1/4 and the XLR on “Line” and have tried The XLR on both “Mic” and “Line” currently running the latest update
