Thank you Sascha for the info. I had problems updating my Helix last night. I had similar problems as ArtisanFaith. Although I could not download the Flash Memory update for some reason, the Safe Mode boot info allowed me to finished setting up the 3.01 Firmware boot. Now I can use my Helix without throwing it through a window.
