the funny thing is, i don’t even use midi, and i’ve done the restore about 4 times. i’m trying once more and taking it back for a new unit bc i’m at my wit’s end.

my Helix has been freezing since we were at 2.92. and I have no idea what to do. sometimes it doesn’t even fully boot up, it gets stuck on the startup screen. extremely frustrating
