I don't know how to rewire 4-cable method and the internal signal flow to accommodate an external pedal is what I'm asking.

And also have an EQ and reverb (on the HX Effects) after the preamp section on my amp at the same time?

Attached is the specific pictured gear I'm using. I was doing the four cable method just with the boost and HX Effects together, but I wanted to have the best possible noise suppressor pedal both in front and after the preamp because this amp makes a lot of noise.
