I also can't save any tones on my app. The cloud tab doesn't show an option to save tones. When I plug my phone into the amp, I can see it in the amp and use it. I can probably save in the amp, but there's a limited number of channels available(4 I believe). Does the app or the amp need to be updated? Also, how do I use spider remote on PC? I can't find a software specific for PC.
