Thanks, Support told me only to reinstall firmware. Thing that I've done yesterday without any success. I think I'd better send it to a service center. I tend to lose some screws when I try to do things like these :-) Saw a video of a guy doing it and it takes some practice ... Thanks a lot again for your support. I saw you live in Italy. I live in Trentino. How about you ?

I'm having random problems with the display of my Hx Effects. One of the displays (the 6th button, bottom right, close to the TAP/tuner) does not function randomly. I turn the unit off and on and sometimes it works other times it does not. I've tried to do a factory reset and installed firmware 3.10. None of these actions solved the problem. Any other suggestion ? Thanks a lot.
