I wonder if someone out there can help me please?
I'm new to the world of HX Stomp having just purchased one a few days ago. I've updated the Firmware to 3.11 as recommended. I then received a note on screen to suggest I needed to perform a factory reset (apparently recommended). I did this by pressing pedals 2 and 3 at the same time as switching off. I then switched on again only to find all the presets had been cleared!! Could anyone explain precisely what I've done here; and if it's possible to re-install the presets please?
