Hi all,
I've run into a strange issue and I was wondering if anyone else has run into it as well. I recently installed a new SSD into my desktop (Windows 10 Pro). I did a fresh install of Windows and all my programs (Ableton Live 10.1.4.3 and Reaper), and I installed HX Native.
When I open the plugin in the DAWs, I am prompted to sign in, which I do, and then it attempts to authorize me and I get frozen after. I see that I am signed in, but it's not loading HX Native. I've tried with the most recent version. 3.6, and 3.5 as well. I got the same results with both. Attached is a photo of what I see.
Has anyone encountered this? Any idea how to proceed or what I can do? I did file a ticket with Line 6 support half an hour ago, so I took that step. A lot of my album uses HX Native and I'd be heartbroken to switch sounds from what I've already crafted using Native.
