Is Pod Farm free with a purchase of a UX2?

Yes, I just bought a used UX2, and need to set it up. Not sure what to do. I see the thing about registering, and also about registering my computer. The computer I'm using to test and set up is not the one I'll eventually use. Is this a problem?
