I have a volume pedal issue on my Line6 Helix Floor. The pedal seems to have completely disconnected from the system. I have EXP 1 & EXP2 set to "Global" but the pedal does not engage, nor does it show a percentage figure in the readout. (It used to do so). I'm trying to determine if this is a software or hardware issue. I have recently updated the firmware using HX Edit. Would you provide any instructions or links to how I can resolve this problem please? Tutorial links?
