    I'm experiencing the same issue. I've tried this procedure but its not resolving it. Any other ideas? Did mbarreyre get this resolved???? I'm on. a mac mini m2 pro running HX Edit 3.82 trying to update my Helix firmware from 3.60 to 3.80.
