just to update my issue I had chance to visit a friend who owns a HELIX (regular one, not LT) he plugged my LT to his computer and jesus... it worked!!! then he updated my device to 3.11 and once I connected it to my own laptop and jesus#2....it worked!!!! lol all is fine now Both Helix LT and HX EDIT suck! luv'them for real

Hey there, did you find the solution. I'm having exactly the same issue except that my helix lt is brand new, came with the firmware 2.30.0 and I downloaded the latest version available of HX edit 3.11 Did I do something wrong regarding the process? When I plug the helix direct to the usb of my laptop (no hub), nothing appears and hx edit indicates "no device". Any input appreciated; Boogie
