Does anyone have this experience before? I just bought my helix 3days ago .Today I found that the knob and the setting button are not working but the footswitch are work when I play for a while .Once I restart the power I got stuck in Updating UI MCU page a long time , I need to shutdown and wait a few minutes to start again it will back to normal , but the same issue comeback later.
