  1. Hi, I have the following issue. I used the 15 day free trial of helix native and it worked great. I bought the full version and since I bought it I can't use it. When I log in my account logs in but it doesn't charge anything else. I use MacOS High Sierra. Already tried: - Uninstalling and installing. - With different versions. - In different Daws. - Deactivating frameworks. - Deauthorizing and authorizing the account. Talk to Apple support and it's not a daws problem. I tried 5 days ago to contact Line6 support and I have no response. Some tell me that my Mac's serial number was registered in the account I used for the free trial. How can I solve this problem? I attach screenshots. Hola, tengo el siguiente problema. Utilice la prueba gratuita de 15 dias de helix native y funciono muy bien. Compre la version full y desde que la compre no puedo utilizarla. Cuando ingreso mi cuenta ingresa pero no carga mas nada. Utilizo MacOs High Sierra. Ya intente: - Desintalando e intalando. - Con distintas versiones. - En distintos Daws. - Desactivando frameworks. - Desautorizando y autorizando la cuenta. Hable con el soporte de apple y no es problema de los daws. Intento hace 5 dias comunicarme con el soporte de Line6 y no tengo respuesta. Algunos me dicen que el numero de serie de mi mac quedo registrado en la cuenta que utilice para la prueba gratuita. Como puedo solucionar este problema? Adjuno capturas.
