Ten Years Later
Hi,
Hi work now with settings using both magnetcs and modeles : I use the Models tu emulate A Bass (stirngs 1 to 4 set to 0 and 5-6 one octave below). The magnetics are used for guitar sounds.
I came up with the Idea of putting a cb sim as 1st module in the chain to filter the magnetic pickup sounds.
It sounds great. Here are my settings, feel free to try with otther cab sims if you can get better results :
Cab : 1x12 grammatico
Mic : 30 Dynamic
Pos : 6.7
Distance : 5
Angle : 45°
Low Cut : off
Hi Cut : 5.3 kHz
Level : +6 dB (depends on the output/height of mag pickups)
