I found a really good video and everything in it makes sense. I followed all those steps from this video:
but when I open HX Edit it says "Connection Interrupted" at the bottom in red letters. Next to it, there is a button that says "Reconnect" but it doesn't work. I've tried different the cable that came with the Helix, a new cable I bought, directly connecting from the Helix to my computer (not a HUB). I'm trying to update firmware from 2.12.2 and I downloaded HX edit version 3.11. My OS is macOS Big Sur 11.2.3. I've reinstalled HX edit a few times also making sure my Helix LT is off when installing it. Not sure what else I need to do. Can anyone help?
