help just updated to 2.0 my PC now connects but i have a blank pc screen , i have done a factory reset and backed up as stated at start of procedure, ive uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times but cannot get anything what am i doing wrong ive done updates in the past with no issues , same pc etc im stumped ive screenshot my pc screen below (not much to see im afraid)
