Ok after a while I made sure to uninstall every little bit of the software before launching the new installer, I had installed an old version before so I went and deleted everything from: /Library⁩ /Application Support⁩/⁨Line 6⁩ /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Helix Native.component /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Line 6/Helix Native.vst /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Line 6/Helix Native.vst3 /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Line 6/Helix Native.aaxplugin This made it work, thanks for all the answers and hope this info is useful for somebody who has this problem un the future, if not then delete this thread

That's exactly what I did several times, I also tried the 3.01 just in case as the image shows and got the same result

yes I am trying to install the trial version of helix native, I've downloaded the latest 3.10 installer but when I open the installer it says version 1.00 as seen in the image

I'm trying to install the demo and I can't seem to install the latest 3.10 version, it only installs version 1.00 is this some kind of demo limitation or am I dong something wrong
