Already solved. Thank you very much for your help. I followed the tips of a friend I can now restore the factory presets. What I did was turn on my POD go and immediately hold down both the "C" and "D" switches at the same time for 10 seconds and voila the factory presets were automatically loaded.

My POD go does not have factory presets loaded. Your help please.
